SUPERFOOD QUINOA BREAKFAST BOWL
One of my favorite ways to create a simple, no fuss meal is to roast up a bunch of vegetables, cook a batch of grains or beans, throw it in a bowl, and sprinkle some nuts or seeds on top. Boom, breakfast/lunch/dinner/snack, done. And that’s what we did today. I had a batch of cooked quinoa in the fridge, so I decided to make a breakfast bowl out of it.
